We at native+nomad pride ourselves on the quality of our products and customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

To accommodate these situations, we have the following return policy in place:

Incorrect or Damaged Product: If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at contact@nativeandnomad.com within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue, along with photos of the incorrect/damaged items for verification purposes. Once we have assessed the claim, we will arrange a replacement of the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund if you prefer.

Quality Concerns: If you're unsatisfied with the quality of the print, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with clear pictures showing the quality problem. After evaluating the issue, we will work with you to address the concern, either by arranging a replacement of the item or providing a refund.

Size or Fit Issues: Because each item is produced individually, we are unable to accept returns based on size or fit. We encourage you to carefully check our size guide before placing an order. If you have any questions, please reach out to us before ordering.

Change of Mind: As each item is created specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please review all details of your order carefully before finalising your purchase.

Returns and Refunds: Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting our customer service team and receiving a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note, native+nomad reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. By ordering from native+nomad, you agree to these terms and conditions.
